　　qingdao construction group won the first class qualification

for general construction contracting of construction project

　　on june 6, the no. 1127 announcement issued by ministry of housing and urban-rural development of the people's republic of china approved that qingdao construction group co. ,ltd. won first class qualification for general construction contracting of construction project formally. the first class qualification for building fitting and decoration engineering applied by qingdao construction group co. ,ltd. was also approved successfully in march, 2016. the group becomes the first enterprise that successfully won the first class qualification for housing construction and the first enterprise that successfully won the first class qualification for decoration specialty in shandong after the new qualification standard was implemented.

　　in january, 2015, the new qualification standard and relevant rules were issued and implemented in succession, which marked the new round of adjustment of the pattern of the construction enterprises and marked that stricter requirements were given to market access to enterprises and the industry standards. qingdao construction group co. ,ltd. kept in step with the policy orientation. it was the first to complete the certificates changing of its existing qualifications and it launched the work of qualification upgrading comprehensively in december, 2015.

　　by means of all departments’ common cooperation and urgent preparation, the group passed various reviews, on-site surveys and publicity of the qingdao construction management bureau, shandong construction engineering administration and the ministry of housing and urban-rural development of the people’s republic of china. so the formal approval was given to qingdao construction group co. ,ltd.
