　　in the afternoon of june 27, the party committee of cnqc held 2015 party-masses work evaluation meeting in the meeting room on the floor 25. all members of the party-masses work evaluation group and principals of all direct party organizations attended the meeting. the meeting was hosted by the deputy secretary of the party committee of cnqc liu zhouxue.

　　at the meeting, the principals of 14 party communities and party braches directly subordinate to cnqc separately reported 2015 party-masses work information of their own unit. liu zhouxue summarized the overall working situation and affirmed every unit’s performance in the party-masses work in 2015. he also pointed out that the party organizations of all units were able to carry out the work actively by focusing on the development strategies of the group and the working thoughts and working objectives of their own unit to better complete the working objectives made at the beginning of the year under the unfavorable situation of the downward economic situation, shrinking markets and intensifying competition.

　　for the party-masses work in the second half year of 2016, liu zhouxue proposed following requirements: learning and implementing the spirit and requirement of various activities of the fifth plenary session of the 18th cpc central committee in a deep-going way, deepening “three stricts and three honests” subject education activities continuously and better organizing and carrying out the “two to learn, one to do” activities; strengthening the organization construction, consolidating the organization foundation, intensifying construction of the leading group and doing the construction of the party branch of the project and checking of the party organization relation well; strengthening the team construction to provide the talent supporting; strengthening building of an honest and clean government and implementing the principal responsibilities of the party organization and the supervision responsibilities of the discipline inspection commission well; strengthening cultural construction, creating a good development environment, strengthening the cultural construction of the enterprises and the work of the alliance organization, making the union play its roles well, stimulating the working vitality of the communist youth league and strengthening the comprehensive management of the public security to create the harmonious and stable environment for the development of the enterprises.
